Yoga Meet and Greet
This is a free yoga event for all levels for our members, partners, friends and family.
If you haven't had the opportunity to meet our very own, James Sharkey, you may be pleased to know that he teaches yoga as well. James has been kind enough to provide this class to our members at no charge.
Bring those that are close to you and meet your fellow therapist members. It will be important to bring a towel or mat for each participant.
James teaches vinyasa and hot yoga at Core Power, RY-200 certified. He believes there is no single "right" way to practice "Just breath, movement, and space to reset, guided by what your body needs."

When: Sunday, August 23, 2026 (registration closes evening prior to event)
Time: 11am-1pm
Location: De Anza Cove Mission Bay (where N Mission Bay Drive and De Anza Road meet)
Cost: FREE
