Mission

The mission of the San Diego Chapter of CAMFT is to bring together and support members of our profession throughout southern San Diego County while supporting the objectives and purpose of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists.

We are an inclusive and welcoming community of therapists. We believe in supporting and maintaining the high ethical standards and skills of our members through professional development and networking. We additionally aim to expand the recognition and awareness of the profession within the San Diego community.

Become a Member

We endeavor to do the following:

• Provide a variety of educational opportunities spanning the range of professional, technical, and scientific research as well as emerging and best-practices interventions
• Provide educational experiences at a low cost to our members, while still providing above typical amenities
• Bring together the mental health community around our common goals and clients
• Assist the mental health community and our membership in self-care and the process of introspection which leads to better clinicians and community partners
